A brand new lightweight MK.5 lens housing from G.L. Optics using full frame vintage CONTAX glass. A unique lens offering stunning flare and a fall off like no other, CONTAX lenses have qualities that cannot be found in any other glass, especially for shooting portraits. Built from 1974 onwards CONTAX lenses with Planar T* coating, developed alongside Carl Zeiss, were renowned as beautifully ‘soft’ and beautifully ‘sharp’ lenses. The newly designed cam-style focus mechanism allows for smooth focus adjustments with 330 degree turn.  Perfect with an ARRI Alexa MINI LF or the New ARRI Alexa 35.
